You are bringing a group to France and everyone has to be picked up at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and taken to their Paris hotel. No taxi queue, no head-count in the rain, no driver you cannot find. This is the transfer we run every week for tour operators, schools, works councils and sports clubs coming from all over Europe.
What we need to quote
- Flight number and arrival time — we track the flight ourselves, so you do not have to warn us about a delay.
- Terminal — we serve T1, T2A to T2G and T3, as well as Orly 1 to 4.
- Group size and luggage — number of passengers, hold luggage and hand luggage.
- Your hotel address in Paris — we check the street before the day itself. See below.
Flight tracking, waiting time and delays
We track your flight and the driver adjusts to the actual landing time. Thirty minutes of waiting are included after landing, which covers passport control and baggage reclaim for most groups. Beyond that, waiting is charged at around 50 € per additional hour. A delayed flight does not cancel your booking.
Where your driver waits for you
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal, after baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your group name. You will have his mobile number before departure, and he will have yours.
Luggage capacity
A standard 30 to 53-seat coach carries one piece of hold luggage plus one piece of hand luggage per passenger. For 45 passengers with large suitcases, ski equipment or instruments, tell us when booking: we size the vehicle accordingly or add a luggage trailer rather than leaving bags on the pavement.
Where a coach can actually drop your group in Paris
This is the point many organisers discover too late. We check your hotel address before the day itself. Where the street allows it, the coach drops off right outside the building. In the narrow streets of the centre — the Marais, Opéra, Saint-Germain — the drop-off is at the nearest practicable point, a few minutes on foot, and we tell you in advance rather than letting you find out on arrival. Where the hotel or the city requires a group parking permit, we take care of it. All our vehicles comply with the Greater Paris Low Emission Zone and drive inside Paris itself.

English-speaking drivers
All our drivers are experienced, English-speaking and safety-trained. It is not an option to request or a chance to hope for: it is the standard on every transfer we operate for an international group. Our office also answers in English, from the first quote to the day of travel.
Prices
For a one-way Paris–CDG transfer, expect from 250 € for a minibus (8 to 19 seats) and from 450 € for a 50-seat coach. For a full day at your disposal, here is our 2026 price list:
| Vehicle | Capacity | Indicative day rate |
|---|---|---|
| Minivan / Minibus | 8 – 15 | 350 € |
| Midibus | 16 – 29 | 500 € |
| Standard coach | 30 – 53 | 700 € |
| Executive coach | 54 – 63 | 900 € |
| High-capacity coach | 64 – 90 | from 900 € |

Driver, fuel and tolls included. Above 90 passengers we organise convoys of several vehicles, up to 1 000 passengers.
Booking from abroad
You can book from any country. We invoice in euros, a deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due after the service. European driving-time rules apply to our drivers as to any operator in the Union: on long days we build the rest periods into the programme instead of discovering them on the road.
How it works
- Send your request — date, flight, group size, hotel. Two minutes.
- Get your quote within 2 hours — exact price, recommended vehicle, all inclusive.
- Travel — your driver is at the terminal, on time, with your group name on a sign.
