How much does a minibus with driver cost in France?
From EUR 350 per day, VAT included, for 8 to 15 seats. From EUR 500 for a 16 to 29-seat midibus. From EUR 700 for a 30 to 53-seat coach. Driver, fuel, tolls and insurance are included in every one of those figures. On a distance basis, a minivan is charged EUR 1.50 to 2.50 per kilometre, a standard coach EUR 2.50 to 4.00.

8, 12, 15 or 19 seats: which minibus do you actually need?
This is the question that decides your budget, and the answer surprises most organisers. An 8-seater and a 15-seater are the same vehicle class, at the same daily price. You only change price band when you cross 15 passengers, and again at 29.

What happens above 15 passengers?
At 16 passengers you move to a midibus, EUR 500 per day. At 30 you move to a standard coach, EUR 700. The largest single vehicle carries 93 passengers; above that we coordinate a convoy, up to 1,000 passengers, with one contact and one invoice.

Does the driver speak English?
Yes. An English-speaking driver is guaranteed on request and confirmed in writing at booking. A German-speaking driver is also guaranteed on request and confirmed in writing at booking, and so is a driver speaking another European language. Tell us the language when you ask for your quote, not on the day of travel.
Can we travel with a wheelchair user?
Yes. The wheelchair-accessible bus seats 20 to 50 passengers at EUR 800 per day, VAT included, and carries 4 to 5 wheelchairs per vehicle. There is no cap on the number of wheelchairs overall: several accessible vehicles can run as one convoy, with one contact and one quote.
How do we pay from outside France?
Bank transfer in euros, credit card, or company purchase order with an invoice carrying our French VAT number, FR61 838 863 744. You receive a written quote with the total price, VAT included, before you commit. There is no hidden fuel or toll surcharge: those are already in the figures on this page.
How far can the driver legally drive in one day?
European driving-time rules apply to every coach and minibus with driver in France, whoever you book with. In practice that means a single driver cannot cover an unlimited day: long itineraries are planned with a break schedule, and very long days are run with two drivers. Give us your departure time and your last return time when you request the quote and we will tell you, in writing, whether one driver is enough.
