Which Paris airport are you landing at, and how far is Disneyland Paris?
The three airports that serve Paris are not interchangeable for a Disneyland transfer. Charles de Gaulle is by far the closest. Beauvais is more than three times further away, and that changes the planning of your whole day.

A family or a small corporate team flying into CDG is a minibus hire job. A school group of 50 is a standard coach. Two school groups travelling together are a convoy, and they still get one contact, one quote and one invoice.
Will the driver speak English?
Yes. All our drivers working on airport transfers are French and English speaking. You are met at the terminal, your group is loaded, and the driver has your hotel address at Disneyland Paris before you land. This matters more than it sounds: a transfer that goes wrong at CDG goes wrong because nobody could explain, at the kerbside, which terminal exit the coach is waiting at.
Can we be dropped at our Disneyland hotel, or only at the park?
At your hotel. We run door to door, from the terminal to the hotel entrance, whether you are staying in one of the Disney hotels at Coupvray and Chessy or in one of the partner hotels at Val d Europe and Magny-le-Hongre. The driver drops the group and the luggage at the entrance of your hotel, not at a bus station.
We have a wheelchair user in the group. Can you take us?
Yes. Our wheelchair-accessible buses take 4 to 5 wheelchairs per vehicle alongside 20 to 50 seated passengers, from 800 € per day including VAT, 3.00 to 5.00 € per km. Boarding is by ramp or by lift depending on the vehicle. Tell us the number of wheelchairs when you ask for a quote: that number, not the number of seats, is what determines which vehicle we send.
How do we pay from outside France?
- Bank transfer in euros, or payment by card.
- A deposit confirms the booking, the balance is due before departure.
- We invoice the company, the school or the travel agency.
- The invoice carries our French VAT number, FR61 838 863 744, which is what your accounting department will ask for.
The European driving rules that apply to your transfer
The same ones that apply to every coach in Europe: Regulation (EC) No 561/2006. A driver may drive 9 hours a day, 10 hours twice a week, must take a 45-minute break after 4 h 30 of driving, and must have 11 hours of daily rest. The pattern to notice: the number of movements matters more than the number of kilometres. A group that only needs to get from the terminal to the hotel and back three days later should be priced per kilometre on each run.
